Victoriia Migalina

Victoriia Migalina has been working in the recruitment and talent acquisition field since 2013. In 2021, they began working as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Livatek, a Danish company that provides unfair advantage in business to technology companies in Nordic and Central Europe. At Livatek, they also work as a Recruitment Team Lead and Talent Advisor/IT Recruiter. In 2021, they also began working as a Junior Recruiter at AboutHR - IT Recruiting&Executive Search, an agency that has been on the market since 2012. Previously, they worked as Assistant to the CEO and corporate English Teacher at Galnaftogaz, and as Administrative Secretary.

Victoriia Migalina obtained their Master's degree in Management of foreign economic activity from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management between 2007 and 2012. Victoriia has since obtained four additional certifications, including People Management from Laba in July 2022, and three certifications from LinkedIn in 2021: Tech Recruiting Foundations: 4 Recruiting for the IT Department in October, Tech Recruiting Foundations: 5 Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps for Recruiters in October, and Tech Recruiting Foundations: 3 Recruiting Software Developers in September.
