Lesley Tai has a wealth of work experience in a variety of industries. Lesley began their career in 2009 as a Student Relations Assistant at Lynn University, where they managed projects and gathered data while serving as an interface between students and faculty. In 2011, they interned at Marriott Hotels in the Sales & Catering, Front Office & Housekeeping Department, where they were in charge of creating sales kits, wedding packages, and event menus. From 2012-2015, Lesley worked at Mizner Country Club, agroTAICAO, and Classic Escapes Inc. in roles such as Front Office Intern, Business Development Associate, and Inside Sales & Product Development Manager, respectively. In 2016, they worked as an Account Manager at Booking.com. From 2017-2019, Lesley worked at agroTAICAO as a Business Development Manager and at ARMUĀ as a Co-Founder & Marketing Manager. Finally, in 2019, they were a Customer Success Associate and Customer Experience Manager at LiveAuctioneers.

Lesley Tai attended Hult International Business School from 2013 to 2014 and obtained a Master's Degree in International Business. Prior to that, Lesley attended Lynn University from 2009 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.
