Laura Doster has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles.

Starting in 1995, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Randstad for five years, where they were responsible for developing new business opportunities.

In 2004, Doster joined St John's Episcopal Church as a Financial Administrator, a role they held until 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Selling Branch Manager at Randstad, overseeing a portfolio of global accounts and managing large contingent workforces. Laura then transitioned to the role of Director, Enterprise Accounts, where they continued to manage global accounts and HR solutions until 2016.

In 2016, Doster joined Vendorpass as the Executive Director of Accounts, leading account strategies and ensuring client satisfaction. Laura stayed with the company until early 2019.

During the same year, they became the Executive Director of The Chamber of Hickory Nut Gorge, where they worked closely with the Board of Directors and community members to develop and execute strategic plans. Laura continued serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors even after their Executive Director role ended in 2023.

Simultaneously, Doster also joined Opptly in 2019 as the Director of Account Management. In this position, they focused on providing excellent customer service, driving product adoption, and assisting with RFPs and billing audits.

In 2022, they joined LiveHire as the US Billing and Sales Operations team member, responsible for streamlining billing processes and working with Fortune 500 clients to integrate a sustainable billing system.

Laura Doster attended Thomas Nelson College from 1977 to 1979, focusing on a Business field of study. Laura did not obtain a degree during that time.
