Kushal Wijesundera

Kushal Wijesundera's work experience starts in 2002 as a Business Analyst at HSBC Bank Australia. Kushal then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hudson Global Services from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they were an Associate/Researcher at Korn Ferry International, executing senior global assignments. Kushal then joined Collins Consulting Group as a Manager for Research and Execution from 2009 to 2012. At National Australia Bank, Kushal served as the Recruitment Lead and Strategic Sourcing Partner for Wholesale & Commercial Banking from 2012 to 2015. Kushal worked as a Recruitment Manager, Talent - Technology at Westpac from 2015 to 2016. Following that, they were a Senior Account Manager at Gartner/CED from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Kushal worked as the Group Talent Manager at Credit Corp, leading the recruitment and talent function. Currently, they are employed at LiveHire (ASX:LVH) as an Account Director/ Customer Success Leader since 2018 and has been promoted to Senior Account Director since October 2022. Additionally, Kushal founded and is the director of Northern Beaches Endocrinology since November 2016.

Kushal Wijesundera has a strong educational background with a focus on human resources management. Kushal completed an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters in Management with a specialization in HR Management, also at MGSM, from 2009 to 2011. In 2001 to 2004, they earned a Bsc in Information Systems from UNSW.

In addition to their formal education, Kushal Wijesundera has also obtained certifications in relevant areas. Kushal became a LiveHire Super User through a program offered by LiveHire (ASX:LVH) in July 2020. In January 2016, they received accreditation in SHL psychometric testing from CEB.
