Chris Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chris began their career as a co-founder of Lehigh Valley Grand Prix, where they gained experience in personnel management, business operations, sales, marketing strategies, complex problem-solving, negotiating, and decision-making. After that, Chris worked as a Business Analyst at Lehigh University Small Business Development Center, where they provided consulting services to start-up businesses.

In 2011, Chris joined Gartner (formerly CEB) as an Associate Director, managing the Tech Practice in APAC and leading a large commercial team. Chris then became a Commercial Director, responsible for delivering client outcomes and achieving revenue targets.

In 2017, Chris joined EY as a Business Transformation Manager, where they led technology-driven change initiatives, developed competitive RFP submissions, and facilitated client workshops. Chris also played a key role in the largest technology transformation program in Australia.

Chris's most recent role was at LiveHire (ASX:LVH), where they started as a Commercial Director, redesigning the commercial strategy and achieving rapid growth in the ANZ region. Chris was then promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, leading a large commercial team across marketing, sales, and account management to grow the client base globally and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Chris Cooper earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations from Lehigh University in 2006. Chris attended Amherst Central High School from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued an MBA degree at Lehigh University College of Business from 2009 to 2011.
