Rachel Bauer

Rachel Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rachel currently works at LiveIntent, Inc., where they have held multiple positions. Their most recent role is AVP, People Development, which they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they served as Director, People Operations from July 2021 to January 2022, and as People + Culture Initiatives Director from March 2021 to July 2021.

Before joining LiveIntent, Rachel worked at AppNexus as a Business Operations & Sales Enablement Intern from June 2015 to August 2015. Rachel also worked there as a People Operations Intern from June 2013 to August 2013.

Rachel's early experience includes roles at Kappa Delta Sorority, where they served as Vice President of Standards from November 2014 to December 2015, and at Peer Health Exchange, where they held various positions including Leadership Council, Health Educator from September 2012 to November 2014. Overall, Rachel has gained experience in people development, operations, sales enablement, and leadership.

Rachel Bauer attended Acalanes High School from 2008 to 2012. Rachel then went on to enroll at Boston University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management and Organizational Behavior from 2012 to 2016.
