Michael Moore

Director, Business Intelligence at Liveops

Michael Moore has a strong background in various marketing and business intelligence roles. Michael started their career at In The Swim Discount Pool Supplies & Equipment, where they served as a Director of Marketing and later as a Sr. Marketing Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for leading e-commerce and direct marketing programs, growing annual revenue, and managing circulation planning and analysis.

After their tenure at In The Swim, Moore joined Leslie's as the Vice President of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing. Michael successfully led all marketing efforts, increasing online sales by 81% in 3 years. Michael also played a key role in developing and mentoring the Ecommerce marketing team.

Following their time at Leslie's, Moore joined ClearCall Solutions as the Director of Marketing Analytics. Michael had full P&L accountability for direct response marketing efforts and developed marketing strategies based on advanced analytics. Under their leadership, the company experienced a 30% revenue increase.

Most recently, Moore worked at Liveops, Inc. as the Director of Business Intelligence. Michael built and developed a team of data architects, developers, and BI analysts to support over 25 clients and internal teams. Michael also led a large project team responsible for migrating company data from a Domo environment to a Snowflake Data Warehouse, using Tableau for visualizations and analysis.

Michael Moore completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University in 1999. In 2006, they obtained an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Benedictine University. Prior to their higher education, Michael attended West Chicago Community High School. Additionally, they hold multiple certifications in SQL and data manipulation from DataCamp, obtained in 2023.
