Eric Wakefield

Eric Wakefield has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Eric started their career in 1995 as an Assistant Superintendent at Oakwood Homes, where they quickly learned and excelled in the land development process. After that, they worked as a Maintenance Supervisor and Regional Maintenance Manager at Legend Oaks Apartments for over a decade, overseeing the daily maintenance of a large apartment complex. In 2013, Eric joined Metrex Property Management as a Regional Director of Maintenance, where they implemented various strategies to optimize efficiency in the day-to-day maintenance operations. Following this role, Eric served as a Maintenance Supervisor and later as a Project Manager at Millcreek / Alliance Residential, where they successfully managed renovations and capital improvement projects. Prior to their current role, Eric worked as a Senior Project Manager at One Call Construction before joining Embrey Property Management in 2019 as a Maintenance Manager. Currently, Eric serves as the Head of Maintenance at Weller.

Eric Wakefield has a diverse education history. Eric attended Metero State from 1988 to 1991, where they studied Small Business Management. In 1993, they enrolled at Emilly Grifith Avation Mechanics and completed their studies in General Aviation and Airframe Mechanics in 1995. Prior to these two institutions, Eric attended American Diesel and Automotive College from 1986 to 1987, where they earned a degree in ASE Certified / Doctor of Motors.

In addition to their education, Eric Wakefield also obtained several certifications. In 2002, they received the OSHA Outreach training Cert from OSHA and became HVAC / EPA Type ll Certified, accredited by the State of Colorado. Eric has also achieved the ASE Gasoline Engine Overhaul & Tune Ups certification from the American Diesel & Automotive College. Furthermore, Eric is a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certified by Performance Pools, although the exact dates of these certifications are unknown.
