Vijay Singh

Vijay Singh has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Vijay currently works as an HR Manager at Livguard since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited from September 2018 to December 2021 as an HRBP for the North region. In this role, they were responsible for developing people strategies, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and managing the employee life cycle. Before that, Vijay worked at Havells India Ltd from December 2016 to September 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Vijay also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Korn Ferry Futurestep, Deputes at Client Side (Havells India LTD) from December 2016 to May 2018, handling end-to-end recruitment projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Key Account Manager - Recruitment at Mount Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd. from July 2015 to December 2016, where they managed client accounts and ensured timely delivery of requisitions.

Vijay Singh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Services, General from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Prior to that, they completed their Graduation in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Delhi University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in HRBP from SHRM in December 2019.
