Alisa Freeman Alvarez

Alisa Freeman Alvarez, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive work history in Human Resources. Alisa Freeman began their career in 1996 as a Human Resources Representative at ASML (formerly Silicon Valley Group), where they managed employee relations and technical recruitment. In 2000, they joined Gartner as a Human Resources Partner & HR Operations Manager, overseeing HR practices and procedures for the GartnerG2 business unit.

Alvarez then joined Diageo in 2002 as a Human Resources Consultant, working on special projects. Alisa Freeman transitioned to Brink's in 2003 and held various roles, including Manager Human Resources Services, Manager Selection & Development, Director of Talent Management, and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management.
