Jennifer Davies Guibert

Jennifer Davies Guibert has a strong background in customer insights and analytics. Jennifer is currently the Head of Customer Insights and Analytics at LL Flooring since 2023. Prior to this, Jennifer held leadership roles at European Wax Center, where they were the Senior Director of Guest Insights and Analytics from 2020 to 2023, and the Director of Guest Insights and Analytics from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. as a Manager of Campaign Analytics from 2019 to 2020 and at JCPenney where they were the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics from 2016 to 2019 and the Manager of Customer Analytics from 2014 to 2016. Jennifer also has experience as a Senior SBA Analyst at Targetbase from 2008 to 2014 and as a Research Analyst at Buxton in 2007. Jennifer began their career as a Marketing Intern at Centex Homes in 2006.

Jennifer Davies Guibert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics from the University of North Texas in 2007.
