Nathalie Parmentier

Nathalie Parmentier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nathalie started their career as an attorney at Socquet advocaten in 2011, followed by a position as an attorney at Advocatenkantoor Schoofs in 2012. In 2013, they transitioned to working as a Claims Advisor for NN, specializing in heavy and personal injury claims. In 2017, they joined Zurich Insurance plc as a Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer in Belgium, a role they held until 2022. Most recently, they started working at Lloyd's in 2022, initially as a Senior Compliance Officer and later transitioning to the role of Head of Compliance in May 2023.

Nathalie Parmentier graduated with a Master in de Rechten from KU Leuven in 2010 and later pursued a Master Complémentaire en Droit Social at Université libre de Bruxelles in 2010-2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Compliance Officer from Assuralia Insert in January 2021, a Certified Data Protection Officer from the Data Protection Institute in August 2018, and a certification in Praktische Managementvaardigheden from EHSAL Management School in June 2016. In 2010, they also completed a course on Transitional Justice and Conflict Management at KU Leuven.
