Henrik Jeberg

Henrik Jeberg has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles and industries. Henrik is currently the Chief Human Success Officer at LMS365, a Microsoft Top Tier Partner. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer & Investor at LMS365, where they were responsible for corporate development, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and global strategic alliances.

Before joining LMS365, Henrik was the Director USA at Hampleton Partners, an international Mergers and Acquisitions advisory firm specializing in technology companies. Henrik played a crucial role in the company's growth by building, buying, and selling fast-growing tech businesses.

Henrik also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Shareholder at CAMAR ApS and as the Managing Director at Censornet, a cybersecurity company acquired by CensorNet. Henrik has also held roles as Divisional Director at SAS, a Board Member at Omada, and Chief Strategy Officer at ITF A/S, an early start-up in the cloud computing space.

Additionally, Henrik has experience in the public sector, having served as the Chief Information Officer and Deputy Director General at the Ministry of Finance of Denmark. Henrik directed various IT projects and managed a large staff and budget. Henrik has also worked at Gartner as a Director of Market and Business Strategy, and at ASCIO as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations and developing partner-focused strategies in the internet domain industry.

Henrik Jeberg has a diverse education history. In 2012, they attended Stanford University, where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2006, they participated in the International Executive Program at INSEAD, which provided him with a compressed version of the MBA curriculum. In 2005, they completed an Executive Education program at the University of Oxford, specifically focusing on CIO Academy. Additionally, Henrik holds a B.Sc. BA degree in Business Administration, Management Accounting, and Information Management from Copenhagen Business School, and an M.Sc.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering and Operational Research from DTU - Technical University of Denmark. As for certifications, they are certified in CPR AED by the American Heart Association and has received various qualifications from FEMA and the National Wildfire Coordinating Group. Henrik also completed the SMS Passcode Certified Specialist program offered by SMS PASSCODE (now part of CensorNet) and received training as a Volunteer Fire Fighter from Sonoma County Fire Emergency Services.
