Muhammad El-Shafie has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. In 2011, they were the CEO of iCraft, where they were responsible for putting the marketing strategy in place, leading the talented engineers, and managing the financials of the company. From 2008-2011, they were also a Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager at iCraft. In 2015, they were a Board Member for Delta Technopreneurs Association and a Scrum Master for TIE (Technology & Innovation For Enterprise). In 2016, they were a Project Manager-Scrum Master for BADR. From 2017-2019, they were a Software Engineering Manager for ESW Capital. In 2019, they were an Engineering Manager for Magalix. In 2020, they were the CTO for Salik Express. Currently, they are the Head of Engineering for Lnddo, where they have built an in-house High-Performance Engineering Team, led a successful handover and knowledge transfer from outsourcing vendor to in-house engineering team, and led a successful regulator audit.

Muhammad El-Shafie obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Engineering between 2000 and 2006.
