Job Description

GMED is looking for its Training Coordinator to successfully perpetuate the implementation of its training solutions on regulatory and technical topics. The Training Coordinator oversees the overall training management process including development and maintenance of training resources and delivery of training programs. He/she will identify training needs and solutions to answer the needs through the organization. His/her goal will be to meet the clients’ internal and external satisfaction.

GMED’s Training Coordinator will work across departments to meet his/her goals and federate all stakeholders. He/she will be part of a team allowing the enhancement of employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work and client retention and acquisition.

Essential Functions

Training Process Management:

  • Continuously improves processes for internal and external training activities
  • Identifies, develops and maintains training resources and tools
  • Maintains training database and activities records

Training Solutions Delivery:

  • Identifies and analyzes internal and external training needs
  • Implements training solutions while optimizing costs and resources
  • Timely delivers training programs in line with regulatory and/or business requirements
  • Maintains trainings library

Training Service Development:

  • Supports the company’s Learning & Development training actions deployment
  • Serves as training digital tools administrator and subject-matter expert
  • In collaboration with Business Development and Marketing, benchmarks the market and analyzes the market training solutions to identify and address unmet training needs
  • In collaboration with Business Development and Marketing, defines a strategy for the promotion of GMED NA Training Center services 

Who You Are

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors in education or scientific field
  • 2 years’ experience in training activities management or related experience 
  •  Project management experience with the ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Experienced with conventional and digital training methods
  • Familiar with regulatory environment
