Robb Porter

Robb Porter's work experience includes various roles in the logistics and transportation industry. Robb currently serves as the President and Head of Shipper Solutions & Managed Transportation at Loadsmart since July 2022. Previously, they held the position of Executive Vice President of Managed Transportation at Loadsmart from September 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Loadsmart, Porter worked at Choice Logistics as the Chief Customer Officer from April 2017 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of High Tech & Industrial at DB Schenker from July 2015 to April 2017.

Porter also gained experience at GEODIS, where they held multiple roles, including Regional Vice President of Contract Logistics from January 2015 to June 2015, Vice President of Operations from September 2011 to December 2014, and Senior Director of Operations from September 2010 to September 2011. Robb also served as the Director of Business Development from February 2008 to September 2010.

Earlier in their career, Porter worked at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions as the Director of Business Development from January 2006 to February 2008 and as the Vice President of Operations at TTR Logistics from January 2001 to January 2003. Robb also held various logistical roles at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, including Sr. Logistics Manager, Logistics Manager, Logistics Project Leader, and Logistics Analyst from 1994 to 2001.

Prior to their time at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, Porter worked at XPO Logistics, Inc. as the Director of Global Accounts from January 2003 to January 2006.

Robb Porter completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing & Logistics Management from Central Michigan University from 1990 to 1994. Robb then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they participated in the Signature Executive Program at the Scarlett Leadership Institute from 2012 to 2013.
