Velisa Clemons

Velisa Clemons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and education. Currently a Manager of Client Success at Loadsmart since January 2022, Velisa has also served as Team Lead and Client Success Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Client Success Manager and Client Support Lead/Manager at Frontline Education, where eSped, previously held as Customer Support Specialist, was acquired. Velisa's background also incorporates instructional technology expertise as an Instructional Technology Specialist for Garland Independent School District and a long tenure as a Special Education Teacher across various school districts. Velisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Pathology/Special Education from Louisiana Tech University and a Master's Degree in Professional Development from Amberton University, with additional education from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
