Kate Couture

Kate Couture has worked in the mortgage industry since 2001. Kate began their career at PlainsCapital Bank as a Post Closing employee. In 2007, they moved to City Bank as a Staff Underwriter. Kate then joined Georgetown Mortgage LLC in 2011 as a Post Closing Manager and DE & SAR Underwriter. In 2014, they became an Underwriting Manager at AimBank. Kate then joined Country Club Mortgage in 2015 as a Senior Underwriter and Encompass Administrator. Finally, in 2019, they became the Director of Credit Policy and Underwriting Manager at LoanPeople.

Kate Couture attended Texas Tech University from 2004 to 2008, where they studied International Relations. Kate also attended Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in International Relations and Affairs. In 2009, they obtained a Residential Government Underwriter Certification from Allregs. Kate also holds Direct Endorsement Underwriter and SAR/LAPP certifications from HUD and VA, respectively.
