Doris Carbonell-Medina

Doris Carbonell-Medina, J.D., serves as a Senior Community Development Officer at LISC Western New York and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation since November 2023. With extensive experience in social determinants of health and community engagement, Doris previously held the position of Director at Highmark Health from February 2022 to August 2023. As Project Director at the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County from March 2017 to September 2021, Doris led the Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative, emphasizing data-driven local solutions to poverty and promoting community partnerships.
