Oupkar Loi

Oupkar Loi is the Head of Strategy & Planning at Lockton Australia since May 2023 and has held several key leadership roles within the company since April 2016, including Head of People Solutions and Head of Employee Benefits, focusing on driving and managing the Employee Benefits business. Prior to Lockton, Oupkar held various managerial positions at Suncorp from 1999 to 2015, such as Executive Manager Key Accounts & Corporate Partners and National Underwriting and Sales Manager for Workers Compensation. Oupkar began a career in insurance at Allianz Insurance from 1993 to 1999, serving as Risk Product Manager and Underwriting Supervisor for Workers Compensation. Oupkar holds a Master of Business Management from Federation University Australia.
