Sasha Randolph, CPRP has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. From 1999 to 2004, they worked as an Agent and Office Manager for American Family Insurance. In 2004, they opened their own agency, Sasha Poell Agency, where they served as Owner until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as President for Referral Leaders International and from 2012 to 2013 they worked as a Home Mortgage Consultant for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Company Owner for Clean and Clutter, and from 2016 to the present, they have been a Senior Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Manager for Rural Health Education and Services. Currently, they are also a Customer Service Representative for LocumsMart.

Sasha Randolph, CPRP obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Grand Canyon University between 2018 and 2020. In February 2017, they received an Associate Certification with the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR). In May 2022, they received a Locum Tenens Management certification from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment. Finally, in January 2022, they received their CPRP certification from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment.
