Troy Norris

Troy Norris has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of life sciences and strategy. Troy started their career at L.E.K. Consulting LLC as a Vice President from 1999 to 2005. Troy then moved on to Biogen Idec, where they served as Vice President of Corporate Development from 2005 to 2007. After that, they worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Expert in Pharmaceutical Innovation and Transactions from 2007 to 2010. Troy then joined Trinity Partners as a Partner in 2010 and later became the VP and Managing Director at Quintiles Consulting from 2011 to 2013. Troy also held various executive positions at Atentiv, Parthenon-EY, WellBalance, and Locust Walk, where they served as Chief Business Officer & Head of Evidence Development, Executive Director of Life Sciences Strategy & Transactions, Chief Wellbeing Officer, and Managing Director of Strategy and Analytics, respectively. Troy is currently working as the Managing Director at Valamont Advisors, LLC.

Troy Norris has an extensive education history. Troy began their academic journey at Harvard University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemical Sciences. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Harvard Business School from 1990 to 1992 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
