Alexa Mangum

Alexa Mangum currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at MidFirst Bank, specializing in legal support for commercial and private bank lending units. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of lending documents, performing due diligence on loans, and coordinating with outside counsel. Additionally, Alexa provides training on legal topics and is a member of the Emerging Issues & Innovation Committee. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at Bank7 Corp., where management of commercial loan document preparation was key, and teaching yoga at Body Mind Yoga and LoDo Chair Massage. Alexa holds a JD from Oklahoma City University and a BA in Anthropology from UCLA.
