Tomás Corrêa Lima is a seasoned operations professional currently serving as the Sr. Operations Regional Manager at Loggi since October 2019, with a strong background in engineering product development and logistics strategy. Tomás has held multiple roles at Loggi, including Operations Project Manager, Operations Regional Manager, and Regional Planning Manager, showcasing expertise in overseeing complex logistics operations, improving processes, and negotiating with third-party carriers. As a co-founder of GUA.CO, a restaurant franchise in Brazil, Tomás demonstrates entrepreneurial skills alongside a solid engineering foundation gained from a tenure at Caterpillar Inc. as a Product Engineer. Tomás holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and has completed specialized training in inside sales and startup methodologies at Gama Academy and Stanford University, respectively.
