Satish Kokkonda began their career in 2012 as a Resource Manager at Pegasys Systems & Technologies, Inc. satish worked in this role until 2016 when they joined Great Logics Inc. as a Resource Manager. In 2017, they became a Client Relationship Manager at GreatLogics. satish then moved on to Logging-In INCORP in 2019, where they served as a Senior Resource Manager. In 2020, they joined UK Great Logics Ltd and UK KNIT Solutions Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition Manager at LoopBell Technologies Inc and Manager of Talent Acquisition at KNIT Solutions. Currently, they are working as a Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Satish Kokkonda completed their secondary education at St. Gabriel's High School from 1985 to 1991, earning their SSC. satish then attended Govt. Junior College from 1991 to 1994, focusing on the field of study known as CEC. Afterward, they enrolled at Kakatiya University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from 1994 to 1998. Continuing their education at Kakatiya University, Satish Kokkonda pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management between 1999 and 2001.
