Jason Sparks

Jason Sparks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership and development roles across multiple industries. As a Partner at Logical Steps since 2004, Jason has collaborated with clients globally to navigate challenges in a rapidly changing landscape. In the real estate sector, Jason has been instrumental in developing an exclusive gated community in Costa Rica since 2009. Previously, Jason co-founded Sky Springs, focusing on brand and online strategy while also contributing hands-on support. With a background as CEO of Dr. Flowers Test Prep, Jason oversaw financial and operational management, and earlier roles include producing musical albums in Brazil, negotiating strategic partnerships, and consulting on software implementation. Jason holds a BBA in Management Information Systems and Finance from Texas Tech University and has foundational education from The University of Texas at Austin.
