Caitlin Palmer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Caitlin is currently working at Logicworks as a Cloud Service Delivery Manager, starting in April 2021. Previously, they worked at Rackspace Technology for six years, from October 2015 to April 2021, where they held positions such as Technical Customer Success Manager and Customer Service Specialist. Before that, Caitlin worked at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. as a Dining Room Supervisor and Hospitality Concierge from July 2014 to May 2015. Caitlin also had roles as a Staff Trainer, Server, and Hostess during this time. Prior to that, they worked briefly at TRC as a Customer Service Representative in August and September 2013. Caitlin's experience also includes working as a Substitute Teacher at Franklin Township Board of Education from November 2012 to September 2013. Caitlin began their professional career at The College of New Jersey, where they held positions as a Billing Representative in the Office of Student Accounts and an Undergraduate Admin in the Office of Summer Programs from April 2011 to August 2012.

Caitlin Palmer received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2017. Recently, in June 2020, they also obtained the Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
