Matthew Nickell

Matthew Nickell has a long and varied work experience. Matthew began their career in 2004 as a Technology Volunteer at the Yankee Air Museum. In 2008, they took a Grounds Maintenance II position at Huron-Clinton Metroparks. In 2009, they were a Computer Assistant III at Michigan State University's College of Education. In 2010, they became a Computer Assistant IV at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory where they were responsible for website design, development, maintenance, and visual aid preparation, distribution, and creation for use on tours and reviews. In 2011, they began work at BigMachines as a UX Architect, Front End Developer, and Jr FrontEnd/User Interface Developer. In 2014, they moved to Oracle as a User Experience Designer. In 2015, they were a Senior Front End Developer at Campbell Marketing and Communications. In 2018, they became a Technical Architect at Icon Technology Studio. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Senior User Interface Developer at Logik.io.

Matthew Nickell attended Michigan State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts & Technology.
