Shobra M. has over 12 years of work experience. Shobra started their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Professional 3 at Shell Business Service Centre - KL, where they handled enquiries from B2B customers and worked closely with Shell Card Operations Team. In 2012, they moved to KLCC Urusharta Sdn Bhd as a Customer Services & Relationship Management Executive, where they managed the daily operations of Front-Liners. From 2015 to 2019, Shobra worked at Brightstar Corp. as an Account Manager and New Product Introduction Manager, where they operated as lead point of contact for matters specific to the key account, managed key account's special projects, and led Brightstar NPI service with the client/s. Currently, Shobra is a Senior Key Account Manager at LogiNext since 2019.

Shobra M. began their education in 2004 at Labuan Matriculation College, where they earned a Pre-U in Physical Sciences. Shobra then continued their studies at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Physics in 2008.
