Scott Schiming

Scott Schiming has extensive experience in human resources management and operations. Scott worked as a Human Resources Manager at PEMCO Die Casting Corporation from 1995 to 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they held a Human Resources role at Welch's. Scott then joined Entergy Nuclear Operations in 2008 as a Senior HR-Labor Relations Rep., where they managed various HR functions and later focused on labor relations for five regional facilities. In 2012, they became a Senior Human Resources Manager at Kalsec, Inc. Scott's most recent position was as the Vice President of Operations at LogiQuip, where they started in December 2017.

Scott Schiming attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Their field of study included Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and Small Business Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Scott Schiming received an Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP) certification from the Institute of Organization Development in August 2015. Scott also obtained a Achieve Global Certified Trainer certification from Achieve Global - Miller Heiman Group in June 2015.
