Lukasz Szadkowski

Lukasz Szadkowski is a UX Consultant at Logivity since May 2022 and has been a Mentor for UXD postgraduate studies at Uniwersytet SWPS since October 2021. With extensive experience as an Experience Design Consultant at Hedon since January 2016, Lukasz specializes in product development, UX/UI design, and co-creation workshops. Previous leadership roles include Head of UX at XTB online trading from September 2021 to October 2022, where a team of 14 was guided to enhance user experiences, and CEO/CTO of FixMix, a sustainable repair service, from January 2020 to May 2022. Lukasz also served as CEO at KDB.market, UX Team Leader at Allegro, and Product Design Lead at Oracle, with a strong background in various design and consultancy roles across the fintech and tech industries. Academic credentials include an MBA from Warsaw University of Technology Business School and a Master's of Science in Telecommunications and Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology.
