Patricia Morillo

Patricia Morillo has extensive experience in human resources and social work, currently serving in dual roles as Recursos Humanos and HR Business Partner at Logiztik Alliance since November 2018. Responsibilities include implementing a Competency Management System, personnel selection, measuring workplace climate and psychosocial risks, and developing employee development plans with performance indicators. Prior experience at Wärtsilä from May 2013 to April 2018 involved managing social work initiatives in Ecuador, leading workplace climate assessments for the ANDES region, and coordinating various HR processes. Patricia holds a Master's degree in Talent Management from Universidad UTE and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Universidad Central del Ecuador, complemented by training in systemic family and community coaching.
