Heather Choi's work experience includes a current role as an Application Security Engineer at LogRhythm starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at State Farm® for over 17 years, with their most recent position being a Vulnerability Analyst from June 2005 to October 2022.

Heather Choi completed their education at the University of Iowa from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their field of study included Management Information Systems and Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained certifications from GIAC Certifications, including GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) in June 2022, GIAC Certified Web Application Defender (GWEB) in April 2021, and an Advisory Board certification in June 2022.
