Jonathan Young

Jonathan Young has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jonathan began their career at SMM Software Ltd as a Technical Software Consultant in 1997 and continued in that role until 2010. Following that, they joined Formscan in 2010, where they worked in various capacities, including Technical Support and Infrastructure. During their time at Formscan, Jonathan provided technical support to customers across multiple industries and gained expertise in areas such as print stream management, SaaS support, and network and infrastructure hardware and software configuration and maintenance. In 2015, they joined LogRhythm, initially as an Advanced Technical Support Engineer, then progressed to the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer. Jonathan has recently taken on the position of Site Reliability Engineer II at LogRhythm in June 2021.

Jonathan Young attended Guildford College of Technology from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Studies.
