Senior Technical Support Engineer at LogRhythm

Troy Fitzpatrick has a varied work experience, with their most recent role being an Advanced Technical Support Engineer at LogRhythm since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at LogRhythm from December 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining LogRhythm, Troy worked at Community Health Network from August 2018 to August 2021 as a Service Center Analyst. In this role, they provided remote support for IT issues, supported clinical users with Epic EMR issues, monitored company networks and servers, and assisted patients with accessing and utilizing the MyChart patient portal. Troy also performed facilities inspections and monitored data center operations.

In addition, Troy has experience in the food industry, having worked as an Assistant General Manager at Five Guys from August 2016 to July 2017. Troy also worked as a Labor Mechanic at Indiana University Campus Recreational Sports from July 2013 to June 2017, where they were responsible for cleaning and maintaining facilities and exercise equipment, as well as providing preventative maintenance and outdoor field care.

Troy's early work experience includes a role as an Undergraduate Instructor at the School of Informatics and Computing from August 2015 to May 2016.

Troy Fitzpatrick obtained a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Indiana University Bloomington, completing their education from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they acquired several certifications including LogRhythm Support Engineer (LRSE), LogRhythm Platform Administrator (LRPA), LogRhythm Security Analyst (LRSA), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA). The certifications were obtained from LogRhythm, Red Hat, and Cisco between the years 2020 and 2022.
