Abby Mastrella is the Vice Chair at Lollypop Farm. Abby has over three years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Prior to their current position, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager and an HR Business Partner at Paychex. While at Paychex, they were responsible for managing the sales Talent Acquisition function and developing strategies to attract and engage passive talent. Abby also led a project team to develop performance and operational TA metrics. In their role as an HR Business Partner, they partnered with Sr Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Directors to develop and implement proactive strategies to strengthen culture, productivity, and engagement within the workforce. Abby is certified as a SHRM – Senior Certified Professional.

Abby Mastrella has an Executive MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, a Communication degree from SUNY Geneseo in Marketing and Public Relations, a HR Certificate from Villanova University, a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Rochester Institute of Technology.
