Cliff Morton

Cliff Morton is an experienced HR and organizational design professional with a strong background in strategic consulting and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Interim Chief HR Officer for London Fire Brigade since June 2023, Cliff also founded The Republic of Hygge in April 2021, providing HR and strategy consulting services. Previous positions include Chief People Officer at Smart DCC, where Cliff was integral to the establishment of a People Operating model, and Principal Consultant at Capita Transformation, focusing on client-facing projects and internal training. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles in workforce strategy and organization design within government agencies, including Department of Energy and Climate Change and HM Revenue & Customs. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of Lincoln.
