David Ollerhead

David Ollerhead is currently a Member of the Corporate Advisory Group at the Association for Project Management. David serves as the Head of the Change Portfolio at the London Fire Brigade, where David is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Brigade's approach to change management. As a Board Member at Be the Business, David mentors SME leaders and advises on their challenges. Previously, David held roles such as Head of Culture and Ways of Working at Great British Railways Transition Team, Programme Director at Network Rail, and Owner of Performance through Process consultancy. David has a strong educational background, holding an MBA from Henley Business School and a BSc in Engineering and Business Studies from Durham University.
