Carl Waddington

Carl Waddington has extensive experience in various managerial roles, currently serving as Business Change Manager and Safety & Sustainability Programme Controller at London North Eastern Railway since 2011. Prior to this, Carl held positions at A&AC Salton LTD as Retail and Post Office Manager from 2006 to 2010, and at HM Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate as Inspection Administration Officer from 2003 to 2006. Additional experience includes roles as Learning and Development Officer at the Crown Prosecution Service (2001-2003), Project Support Officer at Yorkshire Electricity (2000-2001), and IT Support Officer at Poole NHS Foundation Trust (1998-1999). Carl’s educational background includes an HND in Computing from The University of Huddersfield and advanced studies in Leisure and Tourism at Don Valley High School.
