Rachel Barnes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business change management and transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Business Change Manager at National Gas Transmission, Rachel previously held the role of Change Lead at Warwickshire County Council, driving transformation in economic development and education services. Prior roles include Health & Wellbeing Delivery Manager, where collaboration with health and community partners enhanced local wellbeing initiatives. As Business Transformation Manager at Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service, Rachel achieved significant efficiency savings and service improvements.
