Paula Bullock

Paula Bullock is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and human resources management. Currently serving as the People Director at London North Eastern Railway since June 2018, Paula has also held positions including Head of HR Operations and Head of Employee Relations and Reward within the same organization. Previous roles include Head of Employee Relations and Reward at Virgin Trains East Coast and various positions at East Midlands Trains, Midland Mainline, and National Express, where responsibilities ranged from Employee Relations Manager to Graduate Scheme Manager. Paula holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Derby.
