Kathleen Kuan

Kathleen Kuan is a Senior Legal Counsel with extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since December 2022. Prior to this role, Kathleen held senior legal positions at Reputation from April 2019 to November 2022, and Pacific Specialty Insurance Company from September 2014 to April 2019, where responsibilities included Contracts Counsel and Senior Commercial Counsel. Kathleen began legal career as an Associate Counsel and Legal Operations Manager at Pacific Specialty Insurance Company and completed a Judicial Externship with Magistrate Judge David H. Bartick at the United States District Court in early 2013. Kathleen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications and Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
