Blake Thompson

Blake Thompson is an experienced therapist currently employed at Lone Star Circle of Care since November 2023. Previous roles include psychotherapist at Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation and program therapist at Sage Recovery Austin and as a self-employed program therapist. Blake has held various positions in vocational rehabilitation, including vocational rehabilitation counselor at Texas Workforce Commission and case manager at Georgetown Behavioral Health Institute. Additionally, Blake has expertise as a vocational consultant, providing assessments and evaluations for personal injury and employment litigation. Blake graduated with a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Hunter College and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College.
