Isaac Pozos

Isaac Pozos has a diverse range of experience in the healthcare industry. Isaac began their career in 2006 as a Business Office Manager at the East Austin Health Center, where they successfully transitioned the clinic to an electronic health record system. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at CommUnityCare Health Centers, initially as a Practice Administrator and later as a Senior Practice Administrator. In these roles, they managed multiple health centers, collaborated with healthcare providers to improve productivity and financial metrics, and supervised administrative and clinic team members.

In 2016, Isaac joined El Buen Samaritano as the Director of Practice Transformation. Isaac led practice transformation efforts, supported population management and clinical outcomes, and managed the revenue cycle process. Isaac held this position until 2019.

Following that, Isaac worked at Lone Star Circle of Care as a Healthcare Manager - Operations. Isaac utilized their expertise in healthcare management to oversee operational aspects and contribute to the organization's success.

Most recently, in 2020, Isaac joined the Texas Association of Community Health Centers as a Community Development Specialist. In this role, they respond to requests for technical assistance from community health centers facing rapid changes in a highly regulated industry.
