Michael Riopel

Michael Riopel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michael started their career as a Systems Analyst at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, where they provided technical support and successfully upgraded properties to Windows 95. Michael later became a Specialist and Senior Systems Manager, overseeing IT support operations and property-level projects.

Riopel then worked at WestJet as a Sr. Technical Analyst, Team Lead, and Manager, supervising daily operations and projects related to server environments, datacenters, and infrastructure applications. Michael managed personnel and assets worth millions of dollars during their tenure.

Afterward, Riopel joined UFA Co-operative Ltd as a Manager, where they supervised infrastructure projects and led a team of 10 personnel and contractors.

Michael also worked as a Consultant at Bow Valley College and AltaLink, specializing in infrastructure architecture.

Most recently, Riopel joined Long View Systems as a Digital Architect and progressed to Manager and Director roles in Client Success. Michael'scurrent role involves overseeing client satisfaction and leading teams.
