Thomas Hall

Thomas Hall has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on operations management. Thomas started their career at Target in 1999 as an Executive Team Leader, before moving on to Rare Hospitality in 2003 as a Regional Manager & Managing Partner. In 2008, they joined Darden as a Director of Operations and stayed with the company until 2011. Thomas then joined Darden - Longhorn Steakhouse in 2012, where they served as a Regional Vice President and later as the Senior Vice President of Operations. In 2018, they became the Executive Vice President of Operations at Longhorn Steakhouse. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for overseeing and supporting the operations of multiple restaurants and developing strategic growth initiatives.

Thomas Hall earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, which they attended from 1993 to 1998.
