Marcelo Milhomem

Marcelo Milhomem has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Marcelo has served as the Chief Technology Officer at Longtail UX and Ofload (previously Loadsmile), where they established best practices and standards for technology teams. Marcelo has also worked as the CTO at ManageFlitter, overseeing a distributed development team and managing multiple projects. Marcelo has contributed to the development of world-class technology at THE ICONIC as a Senior Software Engineer and has managed the mission-critical platform at Easy (Easy Taxi) as the Head of Engineering. Marcelo has also held senior software engineering and developer roles at Serasa Experian, Ford Motor Company, netRevenda, and DH&C Outsourcing, showcasing their diverse skillset. As an IT Manager at RD Engenharia, Marcelo successfully managed the company's IT operations.

Marcelo Milhomem received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal do Amazonas in 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering at FEI.
