Alicia Barrilero has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Alicia is currently the Head of Talent & Development at Lookiero, where they oversee talent acquisition and employee experience. Prior to this, they worked at Init Group as an HRBP - Talent, Organization, Security & Legal Manager, managing various areas of the company, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Before that, Alicia served as a Project Area Manager at Arconte, managing large teams and projects. Alicia also held the position of Department Manager at Steria, where they coordinated project and service managers. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at Oesia, handling projects in the banking and insurance sector. Alicia started their career as a Product Manager at Noray Bioinformatics, specializing in biotechnological software development.

Alicia Barrilero's education history includes a degree in Ingeniero de Telecomunicacion from Escuela Superior de Ingenieros de Bilbao. Alicia also pursued a Master's degree in Desarrollo e Integracion de Soluciones SW corporativas from the University of Deusto. In addition, Alicia completed a specialized course in Product Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School. Currently, they are enrolled in a training program at IQNet Academy - AENOR, working towards a degree in ISO 27001 INTERNAL AUDITOR.
