Michael Taxay

Mike Taxay is responsible for the governance of significant risks impacting LookingGlass Cyber Solutions™, including strategic, reputational, operational, privacy, and compliance. He is the primary legal advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, C-suite, and Board of Directors.

Mike has 30 years of legal, business, and management experience in corporate and government organizations and at an international law firm; and he has held leadership positions at DOJ and the FBI Cyber Division. Prior to law school, Mike was a computer programmer and analyst for a consulting company that develops business enterprise software. Mike utilizes his extensive background in cyber, national security, and financial crime enforcement to help identify and manage the most significant security threats facing businesses today.

Mike is an attorney, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified (Cyber) Incident Handler. He holds J.D. and B.A. degrees from Duke University.
