Christina Verna has extensive work experience in various roles across different companies. Their work experience began in 1997 at the Gemological Institute of America, where they worked as a Photo Editor/Administrative Assistant until 1999. Christina then joined Cantor Fitzgerald in 1999 as a Marketing Assistant. In 2000, they transitioned to Kayne Anderson Rudnick as a Marketing Project Manager before joining Loomis Sayles later that year. At Loomis Sayles, Christina held the role of Project Manager until 2004 and subsequently became a Technology Analyst.

Christina Verna completed their education with an MBA degree from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross from 1991 to 1995.
